Historic planning application material (1892 – 1950), originally submitted to South Bucks District Council or predecessor Councils is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Section 47). Permission is given that the material may be used and/or copied and/or printed for historic research, marketing and exhibition purposes.
Permission is further given that the material may be used and/or copied and/or printed for residential use and not for resale.
Any references to the planning information shall be subject to the same constraints and disclaimers.

Maps used to support planning applications have the permission of the Ordnance Survey (OS) on behalf of The Controller of HMSO, Crown Copyright, all rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction infringes Crown copyright and may lead to prosecution or civil proceedings. Anyone wishing to reproduce OS material in any way will be directly responsible for obtaining prior permission from Ordnance Survey.
The historic planning application material may be used and/or copied and /or printed for historic research, marketing, exhibition and residential purposes in accordance with the foregoing paragraph.
Limitations
The planning history contained within the historic planning application material is incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charge Search. No responsibility will be accepted for any errors or omissions in the planning history information. Similarly the information does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision and any such actions taken as a result of information are undertaken entirely at the users own risk.
The position of property boundaries as shown on any maps may vary from those on the ground and cannot be used for the purpose of resolving boundary or ownership disputes.
